Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to VisioRad AI, a cloud-based teleradiology and AI platform operated by VisioRad AI Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By accessing, registering, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using VisioRad AI.

Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms, including any future modifications.

Scope of Services

VisioRad AI provides:

• Secure upload and storage of medical images (DICOM).
• Connectivity between imaging centers, radiologists, and referring physicians.
• AI-assisted tools for radiology reporting (e.g., chest X-ray analysis).
• Case assignment, reporting dashboards, and audit tracking.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account through our authentication system. Different roles exist: imaging centers, radiologists, physicians, patients, and admins.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. VisioRad AI is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account.

User Conduct

By using VisioRad AI, you agree that you will not:

• Upload content without having the necessary legal rights and patient consents.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights or misappropriate platform data.
• Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass system security or gain unauthorized access.
• Use automated systems to extract or scrape data.

Subscription and Payment

• Imaging centers are billed per study uploaded (pricing by modality: X-ray, CT, MRI).
• Radiologists are compensated per report (case-based payouts).
• Payments and payouts are processed through supported systems, including mobile money (MTN MoMo) and bank transfer.
• Fees are non-refundable except at VisioRad AI's discretion.

Research and Clinical Use

VisioRad AI includes AI-based tools that are investigational. AI outputs must always be reviewed and approved by a licensed radiologist before being used in clinical decision-making.

Data Collection & Privacy

By using VisioRad AI, you consent to our collection and processing of personal and medical data in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act (Act 843).

• Data is stored securely in EU-based servers (Amsterdam).
• We do not sell or trade your personal data.
• Patient data is anonymized for research use when applicable.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in VisioRad AI (platform design, code, and AI models) is owned by VisioRad AI Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for clinical and research purposes under these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• VisioRad AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of AI outputs.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisioRad AI disclaims liability for damages, losses, or decisions made based on platform outputs.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose risks to patients, or misuse the platform.

Force Majeure

VisioRad AI Ltd. shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g., internet outages, strikes, cyberattacks, natural disasters).

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in Ghanaian courts.
